Search for the Hecker Sisters in Bahía Blanca

In Bahía Blanca, a reconstruction of the events will take place with the goal of finding sisters Pilar and Delfina Hecker, the only missing persons in the city after a recent deadly storm that caused flooding. The Attorney General Juan Pablo Fernández has ordered the Police, Firefighters, and experts from UTN and CONICET to conduct a reconstruction on Tuesday to clarify the circumstances of both disappearances.

According to reports, a mathematical model will be used to determine the direction in which the girls were possibly swept away, in order to optimize the searches and locate them ten days after they disappeared during the floods. Currently, Delfina and Pilar are the only individuals officially missing, as reports of other disconnected individuals have been ruled out after contact was established with them.

Attorney Fernández mentioned that intensive work is being done in the search for the girls, using trained dogs to detect people from the air and ground. Both were rescued by Rubén Zalazar, a driver who tried to save them when the water swept away their parents' car. However, it was later confirmed that Zalazar was found dead near the spot where the vehicle was abandoned.

Given this situation, search efforts in the area have intensified to locate the sisters, but so far, all operations have yielded negative results.
